Preparation for Yoga

Any practice or fitness regime needs a preparation before starting. This will be helpful for those who have decided to start yoga and are new to yoga. Food and water plays a major role. one should have food 4 hours prior to practice which makes them feel lighter during practice. if you are practicing morning, it is better to empty your bowel and bladder and also a bath is recommended which makes fresh. Use a non sticky or non slippery mat along with a strap. A water bottle and a hand kerchief should be handy. keep your soroundings neat and have space for ventilation and room should be quiet, which helps to focus during the practice. After practice, it's good to clean the mat.
